After emotionally attending Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral and purchasing a mysterious black mansion in the UK, Franklin believed his overseas trip had come to an end. But just as he prepares to head back to Los Santos, a shocking betrayal turns everything upside down.

A local man named Tommy, who had earlier offered Franklin the mansion, suddenly reappears—this time driving Franklin’s stolen car. As Franklin rides a borrowed bicycle to the train station, Tommy pulls up beside him, pulls out a gun, and opens fire at point-blank range. Before pulling the trigger, Tommy shouts:

“This one’s for the Chinese Mafia, mate. For Zhongli, for Pope Lee, and for every empire you crushed, Franklin… Say goodbye, Governor.”

The camera lingers on Franklin’s lifeless body as he lies bleeding in the street. The kind elderly man who lent him the bike rushes over, shouting for help—but in the quiet alleyway of a foreign city, there’s no one around, no phone signal, and no hope.
