Franklin’s NEW Mansion in Birmingham!

About this video

In this hilarious yet emotional 6th episode of GTA V Governor Franklin Real Life Mod Season 1, Governor Franklin Clinton is still in Birmingham, United Kingdom, following the heartfelt funeral of Ozzy Osbourne. Just when he thinks the trip is winding down, fate throws a twist his way… and it comes in the form of a quirky local with a big offer.

While casually exploring the city center, Franklin is approached by a chatty British man who reveals that his late grandmother’s mansion—a massive, all-black property two minutes from downtown—is for sale. And the asking price? Just £15,000.

The catch? There’s a weird cat inside. A wobbly, wide-eyed feline that’s either cursed, colorblind, or just full of drama. The local insists it’s harmless… but Franklin’s not so sure.

Still dressed sharp from the funeral and reflecting on his recent encounters with world leaders like President Ibrahim Traoré, Franklin finds himself in yet another unexpected situation. Should he buy this mysterious property and turn it into a UK base for future diplomatic visits? Or is this just a funny side quest on his global leadership journey?

As Franklin tours the mansion—gothic décor, creaky floors, and all—he finds himself smiling, remembering that even in the middle of grief, life has a way of delivering strange, surprising gifts.

This episode blends humor, heart, and high-end real estate into a uniquely British adventure. Whether or not Franklin buys the house, one thing is clear: his legacy as Governor of Los Santos is already stretching beyond borders.
