About this video

Episode 22 of Season 2 of GTA 5 Real Life Mod Remastered delivers one of the most intense and emotional moments yet. While still at Ocean Hospital, mourning the loss of his cousin Nelson Kwandela, Franklin is thrown into a new crisis that could change his life forever. As he stands in the hallway, trying to hold himself together, his pregnant girlfriend Mia suddenly cries out in pain. Only six months pregnant, Mia collapses to the floor, clutching her belly and screaming for help.

The hospital, which was already filled with grief, is now turned upside down with chaos. Franklin’s world spins out of control as he watches Mia in agony. Panic surges through him as he yells for doctors and nurses, his heart pounding with fear and uncertainty. This was supposed to be a safe place, but now it feels like the world is closing in on him once again. He can't lose Mia or the triplets—not after everything they’ve been through.

Doctors and nurses rush to Mia's side, quickly assessing the situation. The tension in the air is palpable as they try to stabilize her condition. Franklin stands helplessly nearby, torn between hope and despair, shouting for someone to save his family. All he can do is watch and pray as Mia is rushed into the emergency room, leaving him behind with nothing but fear in his heart. The reality of a potential premature birth sends shockwaves through everyone around.
