Franklin Finds His Son Frankie’s Skeleton

About this video

In Episode 37 of GTA 5 Real Life Mod Remastered Season 3, Franklin walks deeper into the shadows of his past—only to confront a truth more disturbing than he ever imagined.

After an explosive battle through the $350 million mansion in Cancún, Franklin and his brother Mr. Johnson make it to the inner chambers. Their mission? Track down the powerful and elusive Chinese Mafia boss, Zhung Li. But what they discover inside the eerie, darkened rooms of the mansion goes far beyond criminal operations.

The team begins to notice creepy symbols, unsettling decor, and signs that hint at a twisted, disturbed mind behind it all. Then comes the moment that brings Franklin to his knees.

In one of the rooms—set apart from the rest—they stumble upon something that stops time: an item connected to Franklin’s first son, Frankie Clinton. Alongside it are two disturbing handwritten notes. One reads: “I did this because I hate you.” The other: “I left a special video before I go to hell.” The room falls into silence. The energy shifts.

Franklin, overwhelmed by pain and rage, refuses to engage. He doesn’t want to see the video. But Mr. Johnson urges him—the truth must be faced.

The message left behind is a haunting confession from Zhung Li himself. He speaks openly about his jealousy—of Franklin, of Mia, of the life they built. His envy pushed him toward evil choices... choices that ripped apart lives that should’ve been left in peace. The video ends, but the emotional fallout doesn’t.
