Franklin's New Luxury Glass Beach Mansion

About this video

In this emotional 44th episode of GTA V Real Life Mod Remastered Season 3, Franklin’s teenage son, Jamar, faces one of his most unexpected days yet.

While driving home, Jamar receives a surprise phone call from a lively and sharp real estate agent named Mariam Wojcicki, who was personally hired by Franklin. She tells Jamar that Franklin is too busy handling secretive missions, but he wanted his son to check out a brand-new $800,000 glass beach mansion in Paleto Bay, right beside the peaceful Paleto Forest.

Jamar, curious but unsure, makes his way there. The moment he arrives, the mansion’s massive glass structure and beachside view leave him stunned. On the outside, it’s stunning—a sleek, modern piece of architecture with breathtaking views of the coast. But as he tours the inside, cracks begin to show. Some rooms feel awkwardly designed, the TV is oddly placed far from the couch, and the vibe overall doesn’t match the luxurious first impression.

Things take an even stranger turn when Mariam calls again. When Jamar politely says the house isn’t what he was looking for, Mariam explodes with rage. She accuses him of being ungrateful, brings up Franklin’s sacrifices, and even drags up Jamar’s mother and their painful family past. It quickly becomes more than just a conversation—it’s a confrontation packed with emotion, family tension, and unresolved pain.

This wasn’t just a house tour. This was about identity, history, and the pressure of living up to someone else’s expectations. Jamar walks away not just confused about a house—but about where he stands in his father’s legacy.
