Franklin's Wife Mia Is Dead

About this video

In this heartbreaking second episode of GTA 5 Real Life Mod Remastered Season 3, Franklin’s world is turned upside down. The episode starts off with Franklin visiting a new property—a spacious $750,000 beachfront mansion. The house is just one bedroom but very big, with a gaming room, ensuite bathroom, and stunning ocean views. Franklin and Mia plan to rent it out as a luxury property, adding another income stream to their growing real estate portfolio.

Everything seems normal until Franklin is about to leave the property. His phone rings. The caller ID shows a name he’s never seen before—Dr. Populous from Viceroy Medical Center. Confused, Franklin answers the call. The voice on the other end is strange, almost unsettling. Dr. Populous starts rambling, saying odd things that don’t make sense.

Then, without warning, he drops a bombshell: Mia has passed away. Franklin is in complete shock. His heart sinks. Is this a sick joke? Is Dr. Populous even real? Nothing makes sense, and Franklin is left standing alone in the middle of the mansion, trying to process the unthinkable news.

This episode is an intense emotional rollercoaster that changes everything for Franklin and the quadruplets. The life they’ve built, the plans they’ve made — all shattered in one devastating phone call.
