Teen Suspect on the Loose! Kevin is told that there’s a teenager involved in multiple luxury car thefts—including a Bugatti Rembrandt and a Land Cruiser—and now, he’s allegedly about to commit ANOTHER carjacking. The suspect? Jamar.

Kevin immediately responds to the call and finds a Rancher XL SUV parked on the roadside. Inside, in the passenger seat, is none other than Jamar, sitting next to a woman who’s clearly nervous. Kevin proceeds to check IDs and documents… But just as he turns around to walk back to his cruiser—

Gunshots Ring Out! Kevin spins around and is horrified to see the woman on the ground, and Jamar speeding off in the Rancher XL!

An intense police chase begins. Jamar drives recklessly through traffic. Kevin stays on him, determined not to lose the suspect.

Finally, after a high-speed pursuit through the city, Kevin catches up and takes Jamar into custody. Juvenile Prison Awaits This time, Jamar can’t escape the consequences.

He is officially charged with armed carjacking, grand theft auto, and attempted murder. With overwhelming evidence, the authorities have no choice but to send him to juvenile prison.
